Ravikiran Power Project

Ravikiran Power project is located at Gangavathi Taluk, Koppal District of Karnataka. The plant uses rice husk, ground nut shell and bagasse as the major fuel and has Travelling Grate, multi fuel fired boiler. The project is operational since June-05 under Ravi Kiran Power Projects, a subsidiary of Greenko Energies Pvt. Ltd. The project is registered under CDM and has a PPA with GESCOM (state DISCOM).
