Harish Chandra Prasad Y Harish Chandra Prasad

Non-Executive Chairman
Harish is the founder and principal shareholder of Malaxmi NBFA, a private infrastructure group. He began his career with power project consultants Desein Private Limited, and after a short period with Spectrum Power Generation joined Lanco Group as Managing Director (Power). The initial project, a 368 MW gas plant for Lanco Group, was the first private sector power project in India under the tariff based international competitive bidding process following the Electricity Act 2003. During his career, Harish has been responsible for setting up over 3,500 MW of installed capacity of power plants within India. He is a non-executive director of MIC Electronics and Lanco Global Systems, both listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange. He is a qualified engineer and has been involved in energy related projects for much of his career.



Anil Kumar Chalamalasetty Anil Kumar Chalamalasetty

Founder, CEO & Managing Director
Anil has had an extended entrepreneurial career during which he was involved in evolving start-up businesses in Information Technology, Infrastructure and Environmental sectors in the UK and India. Anil is experienced in M&A, transition and project management with a successful track record of managing operations involving large remote teams. He co-founded and developed Greenko with Mahesh Kolli in 2004 and incorporated it in early 2006 to raise funds for financing early operations. He is responsible for effectively implementing the strategic business road map of Greenko Group. Anil is a graduate in Computer Science and holds a Masters from North West University.



Mahesh Kolli Mahesh Kolli

Founder, President & Joint Managing Director
Mahesh started his career in the energy sector and went on to build his entrepreneurial interests in Information Technology and Environmental space. He is experienced in the Emissions trading markets and was co-founder, with Anil Chalamalasetty, of Lytag Asia, an environmental solutions company focused on Coal Gasification and transforming waste from thermal power plants into light weight building products. Within Greenko, he is responsible for driving the vision, business development and new project initiatives of the Group. Mahesh is a regular speaker at Carbon Market & Clean Energy conferences around the world and is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka, India.



Narasimharamulu Pantam Narasimharamulu Pantam

Non-Executive Director
Non-Executive Director, aged 63 Mr Pantam, was formerly finance director of NTPC Ltd., the largest power utility in India, and played a pivotal role in the listing of its shares on the National and Bombay stock exchanges in 2004. Mr Pantam, a practising Chartered Accountant, was awarded "India CFO Awards 2004" for Excellence in Finance in the Public Sector and the "Top Rankers Award" by the Birla Institute of Management and Technology in 2001 for Excellence in Finance. In addition to his role as finance director, Mr Pantam was also part time director on the boards of a number of NTPCs subsidiaries and joint ventures including NTPC Electric Supply Company Ltd., NTPC Hydro Ltd. and NTPC Utility Power Tech Ltd. Mr Pantam is currently on the boards of a number of companies including M/s Vijai Electricals Ltd., the manufacturer of power and distribution transformers and M/s Lanco Infratech Ltd., a power and power trading company. He consults for a variety of public sector bodies at both state and national level including Power Finance Corporation Ltd., New Delhi, Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.,Gurgaon and Oil India Ltd, Noida.



Vivek Tandon Dr. Vivek Tandon

Non-Executive Director
Prior to forming Aloe, Vivek co-founded a number of technology companies. He has also held several senior executive management positions in corporations including UK Managing Director of Viventures (a USD 700m Venture Capital Fund), CIENA, Kymata, British Telecommunications PLC and Motorola.Vivek currently sits on the boards of Allied Technology Group (an Environmental Group), Recupyl (a global recycling company), EnvironCOM (a WEEE recycling company), Maxsys (a UK company selling energy saving equipment) and AlphaPET (a PET recycling company). He has a PhD from University College, London. He has published numerous papers and has several patents to his name.



Hari Kiran Vadlamani Hari Kiran Vadlamani

Kiran is the CEO and Founder of Advaita Energy Partners Pte Ltd, a Singapore based investment management company in the energy sector. Within this sector, Advaita is more particularly focussed on investing and developing coal mines in Indonesia, Australia and Mozambique for the purpose of suppling coal to upcoming thermal plants in India. Prior to Advaita, Kiran was the co-founder of KSK Energy Ventures Pvt Ltd. (KSK) a project development and asset management company based in Hyderabad, India. KSK Power Ventur plc, the parent company of KSK, is listed on AIM, London. At KSK, apart from developing power plants he was in charge of "small is beautiful", a private equity fund investing in the power sector. Before promoting KSK, he was a consultant working in energy and infrastructure projects. Kiran is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has over 20 years of professional experience out of which about 10 years has been in the energy sector.



Vinodka Murria Vinodka Murria

Non-Executive Director
Vin is a partner at Elderstreet Investments and Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Computer Software Plc, a consolidator in healthcare sector. Prior to this Vin was CEO of Computer Software Plc, which she took private in 2007, merged with IRIS in 2007 and sold to the USA based private equity vehicle Hellman Friedman. Vin has held the positions of Chairman of Leeds Group Plc, NED at Concateno Plc (sold to Inverness Medical in 2009), and other NED positions at technology companies. Based in London she has over 20 years of experience in the developing and building technology and high growth companies and extensive knowledge of UK corporate governance and M&A. Vin has won the "Asian Businesswoman of the year" award in March 2010 and was also the recipient of "Asian Woman of Achievement Award" in May 2009.
